We are an up and coming new cafe located in the heart of Hove. We take pride in our coffee and food and deliver nothing but the best.

Why opt for a pre-packaged sandwich made days earlier with bread which is… far from the best… when all our sandwiches come in at less than £4 and our meal deals cost only £4.65 or £3.95 (with the Hove town hall or resident’s discount).

It’s not just advertising, we really do offer the best deal on coffee in the local area: three shots of coffee in our largest size, two in the rest. Simplicity, quantity and very high quality are the keys to what we do.
We are not a gourmet coffee laboratory, offering a large selection of experimental blends in small quantities at high prices. What we offer is one simple, very high quality blend – a full 60% Colombian Supremo, 100% arabica, imported directly from Naples, Italy. This is coffee at its best as it was half or even a whole century ago.
COFFEE AS IT SHOULD BE
Iced coffee the Italian and Greek way – Espresso Freddo and Cappuccino Freddo are, surprisingly, not offered by UK retail outlets yet where the trend and preference has been towards pre-mixed sugar-loaded, coffee-flavoured concoctions.
To understand the difference, you need to try to the real thing. Freddo Espresso and Freddo Cappuccino are traditionally served plain, medium sweet or sweet. We also serve iced americanos and iced premium chocolate.

There is science to a great cup of coffee: espresso extraction takes around 30 seconds to be at its best; properly textured milk takes 20 to 40 seconds. There are weights to check and temperatures to abide by.
Ours is the middle way: we’ll abide by every step in the process but judge it by eye and hand, rather than measuring and weighing every stage. This means it takes us just under 1 ½ minutes to have your coffee ready for you. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes if we are very busy.
Except for filter coffee which we can pour even faster than Nescafé (which we do not and will never serve) can be mixed!
